Headquarters: The International Group headquarters are located in New York City, with operational support staff in Greensboro, North Carolina. In partnership with the Mexican government’s housing agency, SHF, we are focusing on opportunities to help support increased home ownership in Mexico. Toronto-based AIG United Guaranty Canada launched operations in 2006 with an innovative suite of products and plans for even more specialized offerings in 2007. As Canada’s newest private mortgage insurer, AIG United Guaranty has established partnerships with lenders, financial institutions, and credit unions. With operations across Canada, we maintain a Canadian Web site in both official languages, and have developed a customized mortgage loan insurance underwriting solution – MI Guide – for our partners. |
